90年代頃の BROOKS BROTHERS STRIPE BUTTON DOWN SHIRTS

1818年、米国にて創業した老舗メーカー「ブルックスブラザーズ」…、アメリカにおける紳士服の歴史そのものと言っても過言ではないメーカーではないでしょうか。
歴代米国大統領を始め、数多くの著名人を顧客に抱え、創業から200年を超えた現在でもアメリカントラディショナルなスタイルを提案し続けています。

そんなブルックスから定番のBDシャツのご紹介です。
今となっては希少な90年代USA製の1着。
生地にはハリ感のあるピンオックスフォード系の素材を使用しています。

目が細かくサラっとしたタッチですがデリケートな素材感ではなく、しっかりと素材自体の強さが感じられます。

タグに表記される「MAKERS」の文字は最高級ラインであることの証…、熟練の職人による手仕事で仕立てられた1着となっています。
上質なファブリックに、脇部分はシングルニードル仕様と、非常に丁寧に作り込まれています。

定番ですが、程度の良いものは絶滅危惧種になりつつある気がします。
希少な MADE IN USA 、均整のとれたサイズバランス、クリーンなカラーも魅力的な1着です。
